I am unable to see an older quiz in the Activities / New Quizzes page. How can I attempt it?

Quizzes get automatically removed from that page after a week, to prevent the page from getting crowded. However, you can always access a quiz by clicking the direct link to it that was sent to you in WhatsApp when that quiz was released or by using the search box in the Activities page. (Pre-tests to a specific session or series of sessions will be available only till the related session(s) start. The same questions may be later given as a post-test, and such post-tests will not get removed from their links.)

I was not able to complete a quiz on time because I had network issues / received a call / had an emergency, etc. How can I reattempt it?

It won't be possible to allow reattempts of a quiz - Doing so would create issues, such as people facing difficulties in getting the certificate, the inability to distinguish between those who passed on the first or second attempt, and the LMS would consider those who did not reattempt a quiz as having failed it, etc.

You can always see the correct answers on the quiz page and learn from them. Also, consider taking the future quizzes at a time of the day when you are the least likely to be interrupted.

I failed a quiz. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We are in the Course to learn, not to compete. The quiz page will show the correct answers—try to learn from them. Watch the recording of the related session if one is available and go through the suggested reading material, if any. If you have doubts about any specific questions, share them in the WhatsApp group.

I get an error message when I click the link to a quiz.

Please ensure that you are logged in to the site.

I am unable to login. Seems I forgot my username and/or password.

Please use the Forgot Password option and follow the instructions. Please note that once you request a password reset, your account will be deactivated until you reset the password.
